Mr. Byrne owns affiliated companies KB Companies, Inc. and Chadsworth Companies, Inc. as well as several development entities owned by LLCs. His role in the various business entities is with Commercial and Residential Real Estate Asset Management and Strategic Planning. Mr. Byrne manages the company’s business development with private and public sector clients for Design Build, Fixed Fee and Cost-Plus Projects. Chadsworth has completed projects ranging from $25,000 to $25,000,000. Mr. Byrne is a recognized leader in the construction industry and in the Washington DC Community. In addition, he was a Peace Corp Volunteer in Guatemala, Central America.

Mr. Patrick Byrne is the Chief Executive Officer of Community Housing Initiative, Inc. and Chadsworth Companies and is responsible for Asset Management and Business Development. Mr. Byrne, in his position as Director of Asset Management, oversees the development of Real Estate Properties for company owned as well as for clients throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

Joseph performs underwriting and due diligence for potential projects, which includes analyzing the market and performing analytics to determine the viability of the project, ordering/reviewing third party reports on the prospective site, and creating marketing materials to source both the debt and the equity. Once acquired, Joseph oversees and coordinates the development process all the way through project completion.

Before working with Community Housing Initiative, Inc. Joseph worked for a development company in Washington DC where he underwrote and helped procure the debt and equity for over $100 Million Dollars of property acquisitions with a gross project value of over $250 Million.
