CHI has an approved Conditional Use Plan to construct 130 Senior Affordable Units in Derwood, MD. The project benefits from being 1.5 miles away from the Shady Grove Metro Station and minutes away from all the shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment opportunities that Rockville, MD has to offer. The project will be financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Tax-Exempt Bonds. CHI looks to break ground on this project in Q3 of 2025.
