The Harbor at Quantico Creek is a 125-unit Senior Affordable Housing project located in Dumfries, VA expected to break ground in Q4 2024. This project is being developed in partnership with Pillar Church of Dumfries, who will be constructing their worship and community center on the adjacent parcel. The project will provide high-end 1- and two-bedroom units for seniors earning 60% of AMI.
