145 Units

CHI is working in conjunction with Mount Zion Pentecostal Church to develop 145 Units on a property the church owns in Hyattsville, MD. The 145 units will serve families making less than 60% of AMI in 1-, 2- & 3-Bedroom units. The site is conveniently located right next door to Rosa Parks Elementary School as well as walking distance to the Mall at Prince George’s and the Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station. The project will provide much needed Affordable Housing to families in the area. CHI hopes to break ground on the project in the Summer of 2025.
